Zane Sutherlin stepped into the role of Head Coach for Ozark Christian College Men’s Soccer in 2024, bringing things full circle after a standout playing career with the Ambassadors. He graduated from OCC in 2012, where he was a four-year starter and a key leader on the field.
Since then, Coach Sutherlin has spent the last 13 years in Family Ministry at various churches around the four-state area and is now the Executive Manager at Camp Cyokamo. Along with his work in vocational ministry, he has spent over a decade coaching at the club, high school, and college levels. He’s passionate about developing players, building strong team culture, and using the game as a platform for growth—both athletically and spiritually. He holds coaching licenses through United Soccer Coaches and U.S. Soccer.
Now back at his alma mater, Coach Sutherlin is focused on growing a program that competes with excellence, lives out its faith, trains men to be faithful in their ministries and relationships, and creates a meaningful student-athlete experience.
